Sims 3 Game Launcher keeps asking me to login when I already am? – I have spent a lot of money on the Sims 3 store. A lot. And now I would like to download the things I have purchased. Makes sense right? Only it won`t allow me to. So I`ll go to my account and go to my purchases in the account and click download on one of the items, then the game launcher will pop up and ask me to login to it. The thing is, I`m already logged into it. But whether I put in my password or just hit cancel, it will just keep popping up again and again and again asking me to login when I already am. I know the password isn`t wrong either, but I have tried requesting to change it and it emails me a dead end link that “is no longer valid.” So I can`t even change the password if I wanted to. I have manually uninstalled and reinstalled all of my games and added a new administrator account like I`ve read online and that didn`t work. I have deleted browser history, cleared cookies and cache. I have done everything I know how to and have looked on the internet to do. :: Ask Me Fast

Two things to try: There’s a file in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > Downloads that has your email address as its filename – delete it.
This is more than likely a troubleshooting issue, but I’ve had no luck reaching out to the appropriate channels so I’m wondering if anyone here can help! I’ve had base game Sims3 + Pets (purchased off Steam) for about a year before I decided to take advantage of the steam sales and get Sims 3 Generations (a DLC pack). I had previously registered my Sims 3 game with the online Sims 3 community hub/launcher thingy and everything worked perfectly.
